A returning instant staple of our lineup. This coffee has fantastic bright complexity with a lot of fruits and florals. This coffee is going to be one that you won’t forget due to its intense profile.

The coffee is from the producer Ture Waji, the owner of Sookoo Coffee. Who has made a commitment to source exceptional coffee within the Guji area, with the Suke Stations acting as the beating heart of the coffee operation. Suke buys coffee from around 35 small holders each with small lots of c. 2.5Ha many of these are even from small home gardens or agroforestry systems which also results in a much lower crop count per HA than in most other coffee growing regions. The coffee is then compounded from the small holders to be processed collectively, this allows the growers to process the coffee as most do not have individual access to infrastructure required for drying their own coffee.

Ture Waji ensures that each farmer/grower is compensated excellently for their work and have formed a strong partnership over the years working togehter. Giving agency to growers in an area that is otherwise difficult to reap the profits of coffee. We deeply respect the work being done by Ture and their team at origin and are excited for you to try this coffee!

This coffee is a super bright and complex natural coffees, that are processed organically and traditionally. The cherries are collected at Suke to be processed.
