Join our Head Roaster, Sertac Denizli, on a two hour workshop that will include the basic theoretical components behind roasting coffee as well as a practical session where as a group you will roast coffee and take a sample home of your own roasted coffee.
This workshop will teach you about the different stages of a roast, the considerations required before starting a roast on a new coffee, as well as a general roast plan for any coffee.
This course is suitable for complete beginners, or those who have some prior roasting experience.
