Fantastically floral, citric and tea like – everything we expect from a Washed Yirgacheffe, last year we loved the coffees from Benti Nenka so much that we decided we needed to work with coffees from this region again, Banko Gotiti is just 3km away from Benti Nenka with a very similar profile just a slightly deeper complexity in the florals which we love.
This coffee is grown and selected by a collection of growers ranging from 2,050MASL all the way up to 2,300MASL in the small village of Banko Gotiti and produced by Wete Ambela a coffee exporting company founded in 2018 after the reduction of regulations set by the ECX.
About the roast: We roasted this coffee very lightly to emphasise the floral and citric components of this coffee.
